At just 21 years old, Linet Ngulube (pictured) has blossomed into a radiant symbol of artistic determination and triumph.

Groomed and mentored by the prestigious GRAA programme, she speaks with glowing gratitude of how the initiative moulded her into a professional, disciplined, and confident performer.

With a heart full of passion and a spirit that refuses to be dimmed, her talent has carried her onto stages and film sets, leaving a trail of admiration in her wake. What began as a dream has gracefully transformed into reality, as Linet continues to captivate audiences with her artistry and her undeniable dedication to craft.

Her latest achievement is nothing short of remarkable. Linet recently auditioned and secured the coveted lead role of Luba in Amacala, a gripping series under the Amplifying Girls’ Voices project, themed around children’s rights and the fight against early child marriages.

Supported by Plan International and celebrated playwright Raisedon Baya, the series promises to be a powerful platform for change.

Linet, bubbling with excitement, expressed how the role not only allows her to showcase her talent to the world but also gives her a chance to educate and inspire young people about the importance of protecting girls’ rights.

For her, artistry is not just performance — it is advocacy, empowerment, and a career worthy of equal respect alongside professions such as medicine and engineering.

Linet’s journey has been richly layered with experience and growth. Crowned Best Student in 2022 at the GRAA, her confidence soared, propelling her to pursue further training at the Centre for Talent Development.

There she refined her skills and prepared for the challenges of the professional stage.

Her involvement in Bulawayo high school programmes, Evelyn, Founders, and Mpopoma further deepened her craft while inspiring peers and communities alike.

Today, Linet stands as a shining testament to what mentorship, perseverance, and passion can achieve; an emerging star whose voice and vision echo loudly in the fight for justice, equality, and artistic recognition.
