Bulawayo parks division and ZDDT in second planned meeting
ZDDT recently donated the equipment to the City of Bulawayo, in a colourful ceremony presided over by acting German Ambassador, Peter Primus. Read: Clearing up Zimbabwe's second City.
The demonstrations, intended as highly visible shows for the benefit of the public, will be held along stretches of Bulawayo’s busiest thoroughfares, where grass will be mowed and litter removed on road verges and islands.
These activities are the onset of the next phase of a ZDDT initiated Local Authority Capacity Building Programme that receives funding from development partner GIZ, in cooperation with the German Government.
