Vekann Says “Thank you”

Bulawayo - Zimbabwe’s Harare-based Musician Vengai ‘Vekann’ Kanhema, who last month travelled to Bulawayo to donate clothes and books, praised Sally Foundation for their work in the country.

Vekann called ZDDT News in an effort to thank Sally Foundation’s Geraldine and Mike Roche for what he said is restoring hope and dignity to poverty stricken Zimbabweans.

“Thank you Mike and Geraldine Roche for lifting the poverty drowned spirits and restoring hope and dignity to the disadvantaged community of Zimbabwe. I am really awakened by your hearts that are open and caring for other’s lives. All the way from Australia to Zimbabwe with love and your blessed hands that giveth.”

“May the Lord Almighty add to where you take the money to establish these projects and bless you everlastingly,” said Vekann.

Vekann also thanked the ZDDT News for updating the nation and the world on the charity work carried out by Sally Foundation and facilitated by ZDDT under its slogan, Sebenzela-Shandira (To work for…) Zimbabwe.
