GWANDA, ZIMBABWE – A broad mix of Municipal officials in Gwanda urban had an opportunity to undergo essential training, during a two day Workshop held recently in the mining Town.Organised and conducted by ZDDT, the two day training combined the subjects of Service Excellence, Conflict Management and Life Skills as its key content matter.
The Trust’s representative at the Workshop, Mrs. Angela Mason, recalled that, after starting off rather formally, the exercise took on a more relaxed tone as it progressed. She said that in appreciation of the training, Team ZDDT received an email from Gwanda’s acting Chamber Secretary, Mr. Xolani Dube, which said in part; “Attendees came out rejuvenated and speaking positively, on what they have to do in their day to day work.”
Funding for the Workshop was made available by a well established development partner with whom the Trust has excellent relations.
